We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product price.

To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@srsnutra.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.
- Products must be returned to: SRS Nutra, 11939 Manchester Rd STE 193, Des Peres, MO 63131.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not provide return shipping

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. To cancel:
- Email us at hello@srsnutra.com, or
- Call us at (314) 254-3386 during business hours.

If your subscription has already renewed:
- Unopened product must be returned to: SRS Nutra, 11939 Manchester Rd STE 193, Des Peres, MO 63131.
- A full refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned, unopened product.
- Opened product from a renewed subscription is not eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@srsnutra.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
